Memorial Day Tribute

When I think of all that is going on in this world with the war and in our own country the political issues, it is hard to wrap your mind around it. I do not wish to air my personal views, if you know me well, you already know them! I just wish to thank the troops and their families for their service to this precious nation. I want to thank the soldiers and their families for giving up so much for this country. And to the families and friends who have lost a loved one because that soldier gave the ultimate sacrifice, with their lives, peace to you, God bless you. I think of our cousin Luis, who is yet again over in Iraq serving, he is quite a man, a soldier, and to all the other friends we have over there, you guys rock! Keep up the good work that you have set out to do, we are supporting you and we love you! God bless you and this great nation.
The other day my mom, grammy, nephew Julius, Matthew & Daniel and I, went to my poppy's gravesite to clean it and set out flowers. He was an amazing man and soldier. :) He still lives on in us, and we miss him so much, it is the hardest thing to lose your loved ones. But we know we will see them again, amen! Thank you Lord that we have that hope! Have a blessed Memorial Day friends and family!
